Polar Bears International
Tuesday, November 9, 12:00 pm Central
Raging winds, dark days, shifting sea ice, frigid temperatures, and freezing waters make it sometimes near impossible to conduct research in the Arctic. Such conditions require ingenuity when it comes to collecting data. Polar Bears International is on the forefront of new technologies and innovations to learn more about polar bears and keep them in the wild. Join us to learn about new tracking devices, redesigned cameras, unique vehicles, and more ways in which we are helping to understand and protect the polar bear.
